start here. I’ll explain. we’ll do it all together.

  • first time consultation

Join me for a 20-minute video consultation free for all first-time clients. We’ll speak honestly about why you’re here now, how I can support your journey, and whether we feel like a fit.

  • 1:1 Therapy

In ongoing one-on-one therapy, we work together weekly to address the obstacles holding you back. These highly individualized sessions work to support the changes you most want in your life.

  • Bespoke Intensive

During the pandemic, I reflected on a modern model of hybrid therapy: The Bespoke Intensive was born to bridge remote and in-person therapy. Join me for a three-day personalized intensive in Vermont.

1:1 therapy

I firmly believe that although it can be hard work, individual therapy can be a joyful refuge in the maelstrom of modern life. Individual, remote sessions meet weekly and last 45- to 90-minutes.

Bespoke intensive

Online therapy is a powerhouse: successful outcomes with a low barrier to entry. However, spending time together in person, with the client and therapist, allows for attunement that is invaluable when working to retrain your habitual responses and to better manage your nervous system.

I started thinking about the transformational workshops I offered as a yoga teacher. I was continually inspired by the profound shift in people after 48 hours of reflection, bravery, and focus.

To stay as close as possible to my truth, I am offering my hybrid therapy model. A two-and-a-half day experience that includes in-depth therapy sessions, guided meditation and yoga, bodywork, and direct processing work – in Vermont with me.
